Kenya Harlequin change six, Ikambili and two debutantes included in Prinsloo 7s squad

Kenya Harlequin have made six changes to the squad that will represent the side in the Prinsloo 7s at Nakuru Athletic Club on Saturday and Sunday as the National Sevens Campaign enters the penultimate stage.

Brian Kitiva, Brian Oyengo,  Charles Kinyajui, Patrick Wainaina, Charles Marcel, and Brian Mokua have been dropped from the 13-man squad.  Paul Murunga has called in debutantes Dennis Nyongesa and Laban Kipsang to the travelling squad.

The coach has also included former Kenya Simbas forward Philip Ikambili,  Hillary Baraza, Faren Juma and Valentine Odoyo for the trip.  2017 National 7s Circuit winner Dominic Osino will continue captaining the side and will be assisted by former Mean Machine player John Mark Awiti.

Quins will be looking to do well in this event to cut the gap on fifth-placed Homeboyz. Quins have 36 points, 24 behind Homeboyz, who are in the fifth position.

In pool C, Quins will compete against Impala Saracens, Nondies, and KCB Rugby.
