2025/26 KRU Nationwide quarterfinal pairings

The KRU Nationwide quarterfinal lineup has been confirmed following a thrilling round of 16, with eight teams sealing their spots after hard-fought victories across the country.

Kisii National Polytechnic will face Kabarak University in one of the standout quarterfinal clashes. Kisii booked their place with a 17-10 win over Meru University, building a 14-0 first-half lead before holding off a late comeback.

Kabarak, on the other hand, edged out Stallions’ Rugby 26-24 in a tightly contested encounter.

Kenya Prisons are set to take on Makueni RFC after narrowly seeing off Maseno University 18-17 in one of the closest matches of the round. Makueni impressed in their fixture, knocking out Embu RFC with a convincing 35-20 victory.

EldoPoly Community will meet Sigalagala NP in a clash of in-form sides. EldoPoly progressed after a 34-20 win over KCA University, with Caxstone Aresi playing a key role.

Sigalagala were equally dominant, cruising past TUM Marines 33-3 to secure their quarterfinal slot.

AP Warriors will square off with Kilifi Titans in the final quarterfinal pairing. AP Warriors delivered one of the biggest wins of the round, thrashing Chuka University 55-12. Kilifi Titans advanced after a 28-0 walkover against Egerton University.
