KRU Championship standings after four rounds

As the KRU Championship season takes a break, its former Kenya Cup side Nondies rugby who lead the standings after four rounds of the league.

Nondies have picked 19 points thanks to four consecutive wins but they failed to pick a bonus point in their win over UoE Trojans last weekend. Nondies have impressed both defensively and offensively scoring 136 points and have  conceded just 35.

Kisumu back to second

Another former Kenya Cup side Kisumu RFC are back to second after earning a walk over over  Impala Saracens last weekend and have 13 points. They are on level points with Kabarak University who have an inferior point differential.

Daystar Falcons who didn’t play last weekend have 10 points and close the top four. Western Bulls are fifth with eight points just one above Shamas Foundation who are sixth on the log.

The bottom half of the table has UoE Trojans, Eldoret and Pirates with six points. Impala Saracens and Zetech Oaks have four points and USIU Martial are yet to pick points in this campaign.

The league is expected to resume in January 2023.
