Kabras pick routine win over Mean Machine

Kenya Cup defending Champions Kabras’ fine start to the season saw them pick a 41-0 win over Mean Machine in a match played at Uon Grounds on Saturday.

Kabras had just defeated Catholic Monks 40-13 in the previous outing, while Mean Machine had been defeated 72-6 by Menengai Oilers.

Kabras came in this expecting to prolong their spotless record against , and at halftime, they were ahead 24 points and had earned a bonus point.

Fresh from International duty, Teddy Akala landed the opening two tries for a 12-0 lead.  They landed another try before Alfred Orege sealed their first half scores.

Brian Tanga also returning from International duty landed the fifth try for a 29-0 for the Sugarmen.

Fly-half Valerian Tendwa joined the scoresheet with his own try and Ntabeni Dukisa converted for the side to lead 36-0.

Jeanson Musoga sealed Kabras victory, landing a try that  ensured they bagged 40 plus points for the second weekend in a row.

Kabras move second on the log with five points.
