St Mary’s Yala are the Nyanza Region Schools Rugby 7s Champions after a 12-7 win over Nduru Boys High School in a final match played on Friday at the Asumbi Teachers Training College.
Two tries with one being converted were enough for the Siaya-based side to edge out Kisii County-based-Nduru Boys who had just one converted try. The two sides are set to represent Nyanza Region in the National School Games.
