Blak Blad have announced their traveling squad ahead of the final leg of the National Sevens Circuit scheduled for July 17 and 18 at the Bull Ring in Kakamega.

The squad has been boosted by the available Archadius Khwesa who is back to the squad after featuring in the World 7s Series with Kenya 7s but has been omitted from the squad heading to Birmingham for the Commonwealth and will join the squad which is captained by Lionel Ajeliti. Ajeliti will be assisted by Odhiambo Steve.

Douglas Sifuna, Winston Ayieko, Shuaib Wesonga, Bismarck Abuga, Derrick Mboya, Ian Odhiambo, and Kelvin Gathu are in the traveling party. Blad will once again miss the services of player-turned-coach Allan Ominde.

Ominde has been in charge of the side training sessions for the better part of this sevens campaign and will continue serving on the technical bench under Coach Motto.

The students managed 13th place during Prinsloo. They will be hoping to better their performance this weekend.
