Blak Blad name squad for Impala clash

BlaK Blad have named their squad ahead of the Kenya Cup clash against Impala Rugby set for Saturday 7 March 2026 at the Bladbin, with kick off scheduled for 3 pm.

The side will be captained by David Njiraini who starts at flank, leading a pack that includes Austin Adero, Brian Shile and Kidake Brian in the front row. Rodgers Okoth and Henry Juma take up the lock positions while Edwin Obare joins the captain in the loose trio alongside number eight Peter Musyoki.

In the backs, Victor Wakhungila starts at scrum half and partners with Enock Oduor at fly half to steer the attack. The midfield combination sees Bryson Ogamba line up inside Claude Nyamiro, who is named as co captain for the encounter.

The back three features Winston Ayieko and Huku Khwesa on the wings while Elvis Otete starts at fullback.

Bladbin have also named a balanced bench that could prove crucial as the match progresses. Anthony Amayi and Jeff Oguta provide front row cover while Moses Ayieko and Steve Odhiambo add depth in the forwards. Kiuke Obat, Derrick Masese, Daniel Ochieng and Shuaib Wesonga complete the replacements.

The encounter presents a key opportunity for Bladbin as they look to secure a positive result against Impala in front of their home supporters.
