Mwamba RFC 7s coach Lavin Asego has made three changes to his squad ahead of the Christie 7s, slated for Saturday and Sunday at the RFUEA Grounds.

Kulabu welcomes back Kenya 7s playmaker Anthony Omondi, while Daniel Nzomo and Joseph Odoyo come in to replace Mark Gitonga, Jeff Kiplangat, and Alex Mulwa.

Mwamba RFC retain 10

The squad retains 10 players who featured in the Prinsloo 7s, where Mwamba recorded their best performance of the season by reaching the cup quarterfinals for the first time this year.

Those retained include Norman Nandabi, Stephen Juma, Byron Webbo, Sebala Tendwa, Jaman Ochieng, Eugene Ojiambo, Mutugi Brian, Dennis Ndayala, and Paul Tatti.
