Pools have been revealed ahead of the highly anticipated Western Region 15s Secondary Schools Sports Association (WRSSSA) tournament set to take place in Busia County from March 13 to March 15 2025.
The tournament will bring together some of the region’s top rugby-playing schools, all vying for supremacy and a chance to progress to the national stage.
Western region pool A
The teams have been divided into two competitive groups. Group A features Mundika, Kamusinde, Vihiga Boys, and St. Peters Mumias.
Group B comprises Kolanya Boys, Bungoma High, Senende, and Musingu.
This comes after an upset that saw giants such as Kakamega School, Kamusinga among others get eliminated before this stage.

For last year’s finalists Butula, they wont feature in this years games after being banned for fielding an ineligible player at the East African Games.
