As the 2024 National 7s Circuit heads into a break, Kenya Harlequin stands out as the team with the upper hand.
Under the guidance of Paul Murunga, who is pursuing his third National 7s Circuit title as a coach, Kenya Harlequin have consistently reached the semi-finals this season.
National 7s Circuit leaders
At the Kabeberi 7s, Kenya Harlequin accumulated 17 points, bringing their total for the season to 75 points. This solid performance builds on the 58 points they had already earned from the first three tournaments.
Kabras RFC have dropped to second place with 73 points, having missed the semi-finals and finishing sixth in Kabeberi. Felix Ayange’s side earned 12 points in Nairobi, reflecting a dip in their performance.
KCB Rugby are in third place with 67 points, boosted by their first Cup win of the 2024 National 7s Circuit campaign. Menengai Oilers, who have appeared in back-to-back finals this season, are fourth with 60 points and remain in contention.
The Catholic Monks, currently in impressive form, have moved to fifth place with 55 points following a fourth-place finish at Kabeberi 7s. MMUST hold the sixth position with 49 points.

Strathmore Leos climbed to 44 points after collecting 13 points at Kabeberi 7s, moving above Nakuru RFC and Nondies who have 39 and 35 points.
Daystar Falcons made a notable advancement with their first quarterfinal appearance, moving to 29 points.
Blak Blad are in 11th place with 24 points, followed by Stallions with 18 points. Mwamba and Homeboyz round out the standings with 12 and 11 points, respectively.
