Strathmore Leos have retained the Embu 7s title after a 19-5 win over Catholic Monks in the final played at Embu Stadium on Sunday.
Leos have now bagged back-to-back titles since 2023. In this year’s final, they landed three tries and converted two tries for the win.
Collins Maina bagged a brace while Stanislaus Shikoli managed one try. Arnold Mutai landed two conversions.

The side went on another unbeaten run in the competition as they defeated Rugby on the Road with just a solitary try in the semis while Catholic Monks won their match 14-0 against Stallions.
In the quarters, Leos managed a 36-0 win over Administration Police. Rugby on the Road whipped Mean Machine 40-10 as Stallions beat Northern Suburbs 12-7.
Catholic Monks had a 26-12 win over Embu Dragons in the final quarterfinal match.
