KCB Rugby have made seven changes and a few positional switches for their final Kenya Cup match of the regular season against Mean Machine at the University of Nairobi Grounds on Saturday.

Griffin Musila earns his first start of the season at hooker, joining Oscar Simiyi and Curtis Lilako in the front row, as Wilfred Waswa drops to the bench.

The second row is also fully changed, with Elvis Olukusi and Emmanuel Silungi making way. Davis Chenge, who started in the back row in the previous match, will return to the second row to partner with Martin Owilla.

Peter Waitere is the only player retained in the back row, with Steve Wamai and Bramwel Kilwake coming in for Andrew Amonde and Chenge.

Samuel Asati retains his spot at scrum-half, while Brian Wahinya will take up the fly-half position. Festus Shiasi and Esau Otieno have been replaced by Bob Muhati and Peter Kilonzo in the midfield.

Isaac Njoroge will come in for Jacob Ojee, with Mike Kimwele shifting to the blindside. Darwin Mukidza will start as the fullback.

KCB Rugby will be aiming for their 10th win of the season as they seek to bounce back from their previous defeat.

The team is hoping that the changes and positional switches will provide the necessary spark to secure a win against Mean Machine and head into the semis with momentum.
