March elections

The much-anticipated KRU elections, which were set for March 2022 had to be postponed due to non-compliance with the Sports Act.

The Sports Registrar stated that the polls could not be held since just two affiliates out of 55, Administration Police Warriors and KCB RFC, conformed with the Sports Act, causing the KRU Board to postpone the elections by two months.

There were just four seats to be contested: Vice Chairperson (Peris Mukoko vs. Moses Ndale), Secretary (Ian Mugambi vs. Dr. Ochieng Ahaya), Treasurer (Dr. Joshua Aroni)

Charles Chege, Hillary Itela, and Oscar Mango are interested in the position of Director.
