The 2025/2026 Kenya Cup standings produced one of the most dramatic shifts of the season after Week 7, with Impala RFC and Daystar Falcons emerging as the biggest climbers, while MMUST finally climbed out of the relegation zone.
At the summit, the title race remains razor-tight, but further down the table, survival and playoff battles are beginning to take shape.

Kabras Sugar continue to set the pace with a flawless record, seven wins from seven, a massive +448 points difference, and 35 points.
They are locked on points with Menengai Oilers, who are also unbeaten and boast a +358 PD, keeping the title race finely balanced.
KCB Rugby sit third on 34 points, just one behind the leaders, and remain firmly in contention after another perfect start. KU Blak Blad (4th) remain inside the playoff places despite a negative points difference, showing resilience after four wins.
Strathmore Leos (5th) have struggled for consistency, with four losses already, but remain in the top half. Nondescript RFC (6th) and Daystar Falcons (7th) are level on two wins each, but it is Daystar who have made the biggest leap, climbing sharply after strong recent performances.

Impala RFC (8th) are the other major movers. After a difficult start to the season, the Gazelles have surged up the table and are now back in contention for survival and possibly a late playoff push.
The biggest relief belongs to MMUST, who climbed to 10th place, moving out of the relegation zone. Their two wins from five matches have kept their survival hopes alive and have two games in hand
Below them, Nakuru RFC (11th) and Kisumu RFC (12th) remain in deep trouble, both with only one win each and heavy negative points differences. They now occupy the relegation zone and face a tough fight to stay in the top flight.
