Kenya Lionesses joined South Africa and Uganda on the unbeaten list after thrashing Ghana 37–0 in their final Pool B match at the RFUEA Grounds.
Grace Okulo opened the scoring for the Lionesses, diving over the line before converting her own try for a 7–0 lead.

Freshia Oduor then crossed at the left corner for Kenya’s second try, and Sheila Chajira extended the advantage to 17–0 with another touchdown.
Janet Okello added a fourth try after rounding her markers for a 22–0 halftime lead.
In the second half, Okello once again stretched the Ghanaian defence to score, increasing the tally to 29–0. Moreen Muritu also added her name to the scoresheet, diving over to make it 32–0, before Kenya sealed the commanding 37–0 victory.
Defending champions South Africa topped Pool A after a convincing 45–0 win over Zimbabwe.
Nadine Roos opened the scoring before Simamkele Namba crossed for the second try, both converted for a 14–0 lead. Roos then sliced through the defence for her second try, making it 21–0.
Maria Tshiremba added another try, and Patience Mokone scored twice to push the score to 40–0 before completing her hat-trick to close out the match at 45–0.

Uganda’s Lady Cranes topped Pool C in the Rugby Africa Women’s 7s after a hard-fought 20–14 win over Zambia.
Uganda struck first after a smart switch in play sent Janati Nandudu through for the opening try, though the conversion was missed.
Zambia responded on the counter when Prudence Chola sprinted clear to score, giving them a 7–5 lead.
Uganda reclaimed the advantage before halftime when Agnes Nakuya burst through the defence to score for a 10–7 lead.
In the second half, Samiya Ayikoru capitalized on a gap in the Zambian defence, racing through for a 15–7 lead.
Lushomo Liwena then showed impressive pace to score for Zambia, and with the conversion, closed the gap to 15–14.
Uganda hit back immediately from the restart, with Suzzane Adong scoring the decisive try to secure a 20–14 victory.
