Defending champions Koyonzo’s hopes of securing another national 15s qualification have been dashed as they were eliminated following a narrow 15-11 loss to St. Peters Mumias in the quarter-finals.
This came after a dominant 60-0 victory over Khwisero in the earlier round.

Kakamega School’s blistering form continued as they secured a commanding 51-0 win over Kilimani to reach the semi-finals.
The school, which has yet to concede a point throughout the tournament, will now face St. Peters in the semis.
Butere High School made it to the last four following a 38-3 victory over Kivaywa, while Musingu triumphed with an 18-3 win over Chebuyusi to claim their spot in the semi-finals.
The semi-finals will see Musingu take on Butere in one match, while Kakamega School will face St. Peters in the other.
