The upcoming Kakamega Ingo 7s, set to unfold on Saturday and Sunday at Kakamega Showground, promises to be a rugby extravaganza.

The day will kick off with MMUST clashing against Western Bulls at 9:00 AM.

Following closely, hosts Kabras Sugar will face KU Blak Blad at 9:20 AM.

At 10:00 AM, Nondies will take on Mwamba RFC and Shortly after, Kenya Harlequin will square off against Daystar Falcons at 10:20 AM.

The excitement will continue with Menengai Oilers battling Kisumu RFC at 10:40 AM. At 11:00 AM, Catholic Monks will go head-to-head with Homeboyz Rugby.

KCB Rugby’s encounter with Stallions Rugby at 11:20 AM and the morning session will conclude with Strathmore Leos challenging Nakuru RFC at 11:40 AM.
