Shimenga admitted he didn’t win last year’s East Africa title due to missing some of his key players.

“You see last year, when we went to East Africa, I missed the services of my key players one of them being Rayvon Ambale who by the time we were heading to Rwanda, it was the same time that he was flying to the UK for the scholarship and we hurriedly fixed his position” he offered.
