Kapsabet Boys emerged victorious in the Nandi County final, securing their spot in the Regional games scheduled for the 18th of this month.
In a hard-fought final against Kipsigak Secondary School, Kapsabet clinched a narrow 6-0 win, with scrum-half Lawi booting two crucial penalties for the winning side.
Kapsabet displayed excellent form throughout the county championship, dominating their opponents with convincing wins.
They defeated Laborer 27-00 and Meiteitei 34-03 in the pool stage and continued their winning streak with a 31-00 victory over Siwo in the quarterfinals.

In the semifinals, Kamobo Secondary fell to Kapsabet’s prowess, suffering a 38-03 defeat. With their impressive performance, Kapsabet will represent Nandi County at the regionals, where they are placed in a pool alongside Nakuru High School.
Nakuru High School, who defeated Koelel High 6-3 in the Nakuru County Championship, will pose a tough challenge.
Nevertheless, with home advantage on their side, Kapsabet Boys are optimistic about their prospects at the upcoming regional games.
