As the KRU Championship heads into match day six on the weekend of January 27th, South Coast Pirates and Impala find themselves at the summit of the league table.

Both teams have yet to taste defeat, with their point difference being the only factor separating them. South Coast Pirates boast a higher point difference of +98, while Impala trail slightly with +70.

Daystar Falcons, who had a weekend of rest, are in 3rd place, sharing 15 points with MMUST. Daystar Falcons, however, hold a superior points difference.

Another tie in the standings features UOE and Western Bulls, both level on points, with UOE having the advantage in points difference.

The winless University of Nairobi’s Mean Machine occupy the bottom spot with -2 points, having already conceded walkovers. Following closely behind is USIU Martials, another team yet to secure a victory this season.

In the upcoming match day six fixtures, the log leaders, South Coast Pirates, will travel to Nairobi to face Daystar Falcons at Daystar University Grounds in Athi River in a crucial match for the students. Daystar will aim to bounce back from their previous loss to MMUST.
