BingwaFest rugby 10s Central Edition is scheduled for Friday 24th – Saturday 25th January 2025 at Meru Teachers while the finals will be on Sunday 26th at Kinoru stadium.
The competition will feature six pools, four teams on each pool with two women teams and the other four pools for men.
WOMEN 7S
Pool A consists of Murang’a Troades, Tharaka University, Dedan Kimathi University and Lari Angels while Pool B will feature Meru University, Kinale Forest, Mwea Queens and Chuka University.
In men’s side Tharaka University, Karumo TTI, Makutano Stormers and KeMU Pitbulls are Pool C teams. Pool D will have Kirinyaga University, Chuka Vikings, Meru Rugby and MKU Titans.

Pool E will have Meru TTC alongside Dedan Kimathi University, Kibirichia and Kunene.
Meru Wardogs, Murang’a Trojans, Karatina University and Kiirua TTI will feature in Pool F.
Standby teams are Murang’a Ladies and Karatina Ladies.
