KCB Rugby are set to hold an Annual General Meeting (AGM) on October 5, 2024, with elections forming a key part of the agenda.
The AGM, which will take place at KCB Sports Club in Ruaraka starting at 11:00 am, will include elections for the positions of Vice Chairman and two Committee Members.

In addition to the elections, the meeting will also cover the adoption of the Chairman’s, Treasurer’s, and Team Manager’s reports.
A statement from Honorary Secretary Bernard Itebete reads, “Notice is hereby issued for the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of KCB Rugby Club to be held at KCB Sports Club, Ruaraka, on Saturday, October 2024, from 11.00 am.”
The agenda includes the following points: reading the notice convening the meeting and confirming the presence of a quorum, confirming the minutes from the last AGM and addressing matters arising, receiving and adopting the Chairman’s Report, Treasurer’s Report, and Team Manager’s Report.

The meeting will also hold elections for the roles of Vice Chairman and two Committee Members. Any other business (AOB) for discussion must be submitted in writing to the Secretary no later than 14 days prior to the AGM.
The club has also announced that those interested in the Vice Chairman and Committee roles must pick up nomination forms by September 21, 2024.
“We’re seeking a Vice Chairman and committee members. Grab nomination forms at KCB Sports Club or Kencom House, 1st floor. Nominations close Saturday, Sept 21st, 2024,” the club stated.
