Zetech University are the 2024 Kakamega Ingo 7s champions after managing a 33-07 win over Kabarak University at the Kakamega Showground.
Kabarak University were the first to score after Griffin Andalia easily crossed the whitewash to secure the first try of the game, making the score 07-00. Adennoor Mike Wekesa managed the levelling try for Zetech University, changing the score to 07-07 after a successful conversion by Bryan Ondego.
Wekesa added another try for the Oaks to stretch their lead to 14-07, with Ondego bagging another two points after a successful conversion before halftime.

In the second half, the Oaks extended their dominance with George Oduor scoring their third try before Ondego managed another conversion, bringing the score to 21-07.
Determined to secure the Division II title, Kennedy Wanyoike stretched the Kabarak defense to score at the far left corner, changing the score to 26-07 after a missed conversion.
Feeling unsatisfied with the score, Fidel Chimwani crossed the whitewash to add the fourth try, and Ondego’s conversion brought the final score to 33-07.
