UOE Trojans name squad play Daystar Falcons

UOE Trojans manager Kevin Mwisheni has announced his 25-man squad ahead of the KRU Championship match day nine against Daystar Falcons which is scheduled for Saturday 24 February at UOE grounds (Pavilion) from 3 Pm.

The squad has two new faces, Levy Opala and Frank Simatwa. They will start on the bench as they wait for their first appearance during the match. The squad’s skipper will be Antony Omondi and he will be assisted by his vice Kennedy Omondi.

Samuel Momanyi will start as hooker and will be joined in the front row by Eugene Kemboy who will be the loosehead prop and Jesse Mbulo who will be the tight head prop.

Trojan’s second row will feature Micah Kiniale and Cleva Mulunda as locks. Wanyonyi Oguda will start as the blindside flanker while Frank Maisiba will be the openside flanker and finally Omondi at number eight.

Halfbacks will be Kennedy Omondi (scrum half) and Sullivan Murunga( fly half). They will work alongside the centers William Tobby on the inside and Mich Agoro on the outside.

UOE’s left winger will be Costa Yohana, with the right winger being Chwaa Sagura. The fullback is Meshack Kimosop

Gideon Masai, Austine Wekesa, Derick Boro, Brian Kipkemei, Flavian Desos, Stanley Baraza, Levy Opala, Sirniel Luvutse, Frank Simatwa, and Edwin Kimito will make the strong and experienced bench.
