Kenya Cup Standings after matchday 4

Defending champions Kabras RFC and KCB Rugby have maintained a perfect run in the Kenya Cup after four rounds of play in the Kenya Cup 2023/2024 season.

Kabras have amassed a total of 20 points following four wins and four bonus points same as KCB Rugby who are second. The Sugarmen who defeated Homeboyz 71-6  have a superior point differential of 245 points compared to KCB who enjoy a superior difference of  195 points.

Oilers drop points in Kenya Cup 

Menengai Oilers have climbed to the third position with 19 points after edging out Nakuru RFC 19-8 in the Nakuru derby but failed to collect a bonus point for the first time this season.

Kenya Harlequins drop to the fourth position with 19 points. Despite beating Strathmore Leos narrowly 8-6, they were unable to pick a point.

Blak Blad maintain the fifth position with nine points as they await the verdict in their abandoned match against Kisumu.

EDITOR’S PICKS:

Strathmore Leos are sixth with the same points while Nakuru RFC have dropped to the seventh position with nine points following their defeat against Oilers.

Nondies continue to occupy the eighth position as they did not play their scheduled match against Catholic Monks.

Kenya Cup bottom four 

At the ninth position is Kisumu who picked their first win of the season against Blak Blad although they will wait for KRU’s verdict on the match as it was abandoned.

Mwamba, Catholic Monks and Homeboyz are yet to pick a point this season and occupy the 10th,11th and 12th positions respectively on the log.
