Kenya 7s and Mwamba star Billy Odhiambo has announced his retirement from rugby at the age of 30 years.
Odhiambo a KSSSA national Champion with Maseno School has been with Kenya 7s for a span of 11 years with his first 7s event being the Port Elizabeth 7s and his last was London 7s.
During his career with Kenya 7s, he played in the Commonwealth games, represented the side in two World Cups and two Olympic games.
Following Collins Injera and Willy Ambaka retirement he became one of the most capped players and he is among five players who have scored 100 plus tries for Kenya in thw World 7s Series.
He played in 68 tournaments and landed 111 tries in a Kenya 7s jersey.
