Lake Victoria 15s holders Kabras RFC are through to the semis of the competition after a comfortable 61-0 over Shamberere in the quarterfinal played in a rainy afternoon.
The hosts scored 17 points in the first half and ran riot in the second half bagging 44 points to reach the last four of the preseason tournament.
Kabras RFC first half points
Flavian Otiyo opened scoring for Kabras with a try but Eric Cantona couldnt convert. The second try came from his fellow member of the back three Duncan Shighadi as Cantona missed the conversion as well.
Former Kenya under 20 backrower and captain John Baraka got his name on the scoresheet for and this time around Cantona converted for a 17-0 lead at halftime.

In the final half, Kabras landed seven answered tries to see off the students.
Shighadi returned to the scoresheet with his second try before subsitute Patrick Sabatia also joined the scoresheet with his own try.
Collins Osore also came off the bench to score twice. Gibson Perez, Allan Ojango, Jacktone osoo and Clinton Litali also managed tries in the victory.
