Kenya’s U20 forward Andycole Omollo has expressed his excitement after joining Kenya Cup giants KCB Rugby.
The towering lock joined KCB from Mmust Rugby Club where he has been plying his trade. The Kenya Under 20 forward who will make his debut in the preseason tournament Impala Floodlit says he is keen to contribute to KCB’s success.

“I am very happy to be at a big club like KCB and I am expecting much there, I will give my best to help the team prosper,” the forward told Scrummage Africa.

Omollo admitted that featuring in the World U20 Trophy was a great experience for him as he was able to play against the best players in the World.
“The experience was really good and I enjoyed it, this made me rub shoulders with the best in the game,” he added.

The youngster who started his rugby career in 2019 at Chavakali High School has a dream to play overseas. His target is to battle against the best in the World.

“I also want to play outside Kenya. I am also keen to play against the best players in the World. I don’t want to just play in Kenya and end here,” he concluded.
Omollo will be joining his former schoolmate William Opaka with whom they schooled at Chavakali High School.
