Makueni finished top of the National Sevens Circuit Division Two Standings amassing 99 points in the six-round tournament.
Victory in Kakamega 7s, final appearances in Kabeberi 7s, Dala 7s and Prinsloo 7s and a third place finish in Mombasa ensured they got a top finish.
Administration Police came second with 80 points after also consistently appearing in the tournament played across six counties in Kenya. Their best finish was in Mombasa where they achieved a third-place finish.

Despite playing in only four tournaments in the second tier, Jumia Pay South Coast Pirates managed a podium finish. They got 17 points in three tournaments and five points in Kisumu to finish off with 56 points.
Kabarak University who also participated in four tournaments got 53 points while Stallions had 51 points, closing the top five.
Catholic Monks amassed 44 points by playing in just two tournaments and tied with USIU Martial. Shamas Foundation, MKU Nairobi close the top 10.
