Kabras RFC sevens Coach Max Adaka has announced his squad that will be on duty in the Kabeberi 7s set for RFUEA Grounds on Saturday and Sunday.
Kenya 7s youngster Kevin Wekesa has been included in the squad alongside fomer Kenya under 20 star William Opaka. Walter Okoth who impressed with Nakuru RFC in the 2019 Circuit will make his first 7s appearance for the Sugarmen in the shorter version of the game.
Dan Angwech, Paul Abuto, Habil Malik, Alfred Orege, Dan Angwech and Bede Enonda who were part of the 2019 7s squad have been retained for this campaign. Patrick Lumumba, David Bunduki, Flavian Otiya are also in the 13-man squad.
Adaka who attained his World Rugby level 2 certification in 2021 will be assisted by Edwin Achayo who was the 7s coach in the 2018 campaign. Felix Ayange is set to serve as the team manager.
Kabras who are making a return to Kabeberi 7s after missing the 2019 edition will be in Pool A alongside KCB Rugby, MMUST Rugby Club and Western Bulls.
