The KSSSA National Rugby 7s games have reached a thrilling crescendo as the semifinalists have emerged, setting the stage for an intense battle on the final day of matches at the Bull Ring on Friday.
Defending champions Koyonzo Boys have demonstrated their dominance, remaining unbeaten throughout the tournament.

Equally impressive are Vihiga High School, who have matched Koyonzo’s unbeaten record. In the semifinals, Koyonzo Boys will face off against Kitondo School.
Meanwhile, Saint Mary’s Yala will lock horns with Vihiga High School in what is poised to be a gripping encounter.
The teams will be a battling for the final three slots guarantees the teams a ticket to East African games
The quarterfinal matches leading up to this stage have been nothing short of thrilling. Koyonzo demonstrated their mettle with a convincing 36-5 victory over Lenana. Branton Mulefu bagged a hat trick for Koyonzo while Kevin Otieno added a try. Eric Simiyu had a try and three conversions.
Vihiga High School showcased their strength in a commanding 31-10 win against Bwake. Vincent Omuroka bagged a brace for the Vihiga County Champions while Paul Murwa and Wilson Tonya had a try each. Roy Maruti had a try and banged in three conversions.
The action on the field remained intense as Yala emerged victorious with a score of 21-10 against Menengai, securing their spot in the semifinals. The Nyanza Champions had a penalty try as well as converted tries from Brian Achacha and Joseph Onyango.
Bungoma’s hope were shattered following a loss to Kitondo with a score of 26-12. Kevin Ochieng had two tries and converted, Kyule Mutisya and Shaquille Ochieng added their names on the scoresheet with a try each.
