Strathmore Leos will host KU Blak Blad in a high-stakes Kenya Cup playoff fixture scheduled for Saturday, 18 April 2026 at the Strathmore Sports Complex.

Kick-off is set for 4:00 p.m. with Captain Arnold Muita set to lead the side from scrum-half, orchestrating play alongside fly-half Amon Wamalwa in a key decision-making axis.

The forward pack sees Jack Angawa and Dennis Tubei in the front row, supported by Bramuel Anekea. Thomas Opio and Stanislaus Shikoli in the engine room.

EDITOR’S PICKS:

Duke Odenyo, Samuel Wafula and Dennis Mbilah complete the loose trio.  In the backline, Collins Maina and Matoka Matoka speed while Elton Amalemba and Morgan Ochiel are in the midfield.

Victor Odhiambo slots in at fullback to complete the starting XV.

The bench provides depth and impact, with Maxwell Atera, Adenya Nyandusi, and Ian Masheti covering the forwards, while Brian Mwendwa, Shem Okola, and Salim Owino are expected to inject energy in the latter stages.

Head coach Willis Ojal, assisted by Rodney Ambale, will be banking on a disciplined performance as the Leos look to capitalize on home advantage.
