The former Kenya Cup outfit have opened a four-point gap at the summit and continue to look the team to beat as the race for promotion gathers momentum.
JKUAT Cougars stay unbeaten
JKUAT Cougars sit second on 22 points after another solid weekend, while Catholic Monks and South Coast Pirates are locked in a fierce battle for third place, both tied on 20 points. The two sides have matched each other stride for stride, each picking up four wins from six outings to remain firmly in the promotion conversation.
NYS Spades occupy fifth position with 15 points, followed closely by Homeboyz RFC in sixth and Kisii RFC in seventh, both of whom remain within touching distance of the top four. The mid-table remains congested, with just three points separating fifth from seventh.

Mombasa RFC are eighth after securing two wins so far, while Mean Machine and Zetech Oaks are tied on ten points in ninth and tenth respectively, continuing to struggle for consistency.
USIU Martials lie 11th on nine points, while Western Bulls remain rooted at the bottom of the table with just three points and a worrying points difference, leaving them under growing pressure as the season progresses.
