Homeboyz Rugby Club have named a well-balanced matchday squad as they continue their campaign with a match against Leaders Catholic Monks at CUEA Grounds.

The front row features Robert Macharia, Emmanuel Kioko, and Ezekiel Owiti, a unit expected to provide solidity at the scrum and physical presence in the tight exchanges. Behind them, Peter Mbaya and Masud Athmani combine in the second row.

In the back row, George Owino and Stanley Nyatiende line up on the flanks while captain Patrick Mwakina anchors the pack from number eight.

EDITOR’S PICKS:

The half-back pairing sees Obed Aberi start at scrum-half, linking forwards and backs, while vice-captain Sospeter Yoga takes charge at fly-half.

Out wide, Emmanuel Mbaka and Kelvin Agwambo provide pace and finishing ability on the wings. The midfield partnership of Thomas Ojango and Godwin Kisero combine while Brayan Juma, also named vice-captain, slots in at full-back to marshal the backfield.

The replacements bench provides depth and impact, with Cliff Mogoi, Charles Njue, and Franklin Githunji covering the front row. Ken Oduor and Collins Otieno add forward options, while Winstone Ngulu, Sam Bachai, and Rydon Lukano offer versatility from the backline.
