Kenya Morans stormed into the Zambezi 7s Challenge final with an emphatic 61-0 win over Old Georgians on Saturday evening.
The Morans have been in superb form throughout the tournament, topping their pool with two straight wins before dispatching Old Miltonians 48-0 in the quarterfinals to reach the last four.

Kevin Wambua’s charges got off to a flying start, with Victor Mola sprinting from his own half to score within 32 seconds. The try was converted to give the Morans a 7-0 lead.
Old Georgians tried to settle into the game but were punished in the fifth minute after losing possession, allowing Rayvone Ambale to pounce, race clear, and convert his own try for a 14-0 advantage.
Ambale then took a quick tap from a penalty and offloaded to Denis Abukuse, who powered over for the third try. Ambale added the extras to send the Morans 21-0 up at halftime.
After the break, Ambale picked up where he left off, throwing a long pass to Abukuse for another try, which he again converted to stretch the lead to 28-0.

The playmaker continued to torment the defence, twisting and turning past markers before setting up John Okoth for a converted try that made it 35-0.
Jackson Siketi added his name to the scoresheet before substitute Floyd Wabwire crossed for his first try. Ambale’s consistent accuracy from the tee pushed the tally to 49-0.
Ambale then turned scorer once more, diving over from a scrum and converting to make it 56-0. He capped off a stellar performance by setting up Wabwire for his second try, sealing the 61-0 rout.
The result books Kenya Morans a place in Sunday evening’s Zambezi 7s Challenge final as they continue their impressive run in Harare.
