Impala RFC will battle Blak Blad in the third-place playoff of the 2025 Impala Floodlit tournament at the Impala Sports Club on Saturday evening.
The hosts will be looking to close their campaign on a high after falling short in the semi-final.
Captain Tyson Okoth leads the starting XV that features Milton Omondi, Joshua Matasi, and Tariq Ngige in the front row.
Amon Bwambok pairs with Okoth in the second row, while the back row has Henry Rabach, Brodie Kagai, and Billy Arigi.
Samuel Muli starts at scrum-half alongside Patrick Mutuku, with Derrick Kinyari, Raynold Anduvati, and Moses Matonda adding creativity and pace in the backline.
Quinto Ongo and Meshack Andale complete the back three for the Gazelles.
On the other hand, Kenyatta University’s Blak Blad, who have impressed with their spirited performances throughout the tournament, will be out to finish on the podium.
Skipper Obat Kuke anchors the midfield alongside vice-captain Benjamin Rugar. Victor Wakhulinga starts at scrum-half, partnering Enock Oduor, while Shuib Wesonga, Winstone Ayieko, and Elvis Otete provide attacking options out wide.

David Kinyua and Rodgers Okoth form the lock pairing, with Steve Odhiambo, also serving as vice-captain, at number eight.
The front row of Arthur Nyakundi, Antony Amayi, and Moses Ayieko will look to provide a solid platform in the set-pieces.
Both sides will be eager to bounce back from semi-final defeats and end their Floodlit campaigns on a positive note in what promises to be a competitive encounter.
