The 2025 Kakamega County 15s rugby tournament is set to take place from Thursday, 6 March to Saturday, 8 March at Musingu School and Eregi.
The pools for the highly anticipated competition have now been released, with defending champions Koyonzo seeded at the top.
Kakamega County 15s Pool A
Pool A will feature Koyonzo, Mukumu Boys, hosts Musingu, and Khwisero.
Koyonzo, who triumphed over Kakamega in the 2024 edition with a 10-3 victory, will be eager to defend their title and continue their push for their maiden National 15s appearance.

Pool B includes Butere, Mwitoti, and Kilimani, while Pool C consists of St. Peter’s, Shamberere, Mautuma, and Chebuyusi.
The final pool, Pool D, features former champions Kakamega School, who will face off against Kivaywa and Makhokho.
The tournament promises to be an exciting three days of rugby action, with teams vying for a chance to advance to the regional level.
