While Kabras, Homeboyz and South Coast Pirates benefited from a walkover against their opponents, Kenya Harlequins managed to defeat Strathmore Leos 62-8 in the Enterprise Cup pre-quarterfinals match played on Saturday 14 December 2024.
Quins started their lead early as they managed to secure five conversions from Evin Asena, three tries from Patrick Wainaina, two tries from the captain Sheldon Kahi and two additional tries from Paul Mutsami.
Strathmore Leos fought back and scored a penalty from Daryl Wendo ending the first half 3-45.

In the second half, Quins continued with their lead as they added two tries from Richel Wangila, a try from Joshua Okello and a conversion from Leeon Nyang while on Leos side Sullivan Japasso I’m came from the bench and scored a try thus adding five points to their scores ending the at 62-8 in favor of Quins.
Kenya Harlequins will be facing defending champions Kabras RFC in the quarterfinals scheduled for 8th February 2025.
At the Race Course, Nondies proceeded to the last eight seeing off Impala RFC 29-3. Tony Owuor, Dominic Osino, Tom Harney and skipper Steve Odhiambo were all on the scoresheet with a try each.
Calvin Sheunda with a penalty and conversion was also joined by Kenyan International Benson Salem Adoyo who scored one conversion for the win.
