Kabras RFC back Rayvonne Ambale has been named Most Valuable Player in Great Rift 10s after an impressive run for the side.
Ambale who is currently based in United Kingdom on a scholarship was also awarded as the top points scorers in the competition.

The youngster came off the bench to help Kabras beat Strathmore Leos 7-5 in the opener. He also bagged a brace to help the side beat Egerton 24-0.
He added more impressive performances in the subsquent matches as Kabras went on to win the maiden Great Rift 10s title.
Victor Mola was the top try scorer after his impressive performance helped Strathmore Leos finish second.

Despite his side losing the opener to Kabras, the side picked itself up to reach the final.
He went on to also bag the Most Promising Player award. This marked the second Great Rift event post CoVID-19.
