Kenya Harlequin head coach Paul Murunga has made one change to his squad for the Prinsloo 7s, where they aim to secure the 2024 National 7s Circuit title.
Murunga has recalled Leeon Nyang, who returns after missing the last two tournaments following a fall in Dala 7s.

Nyang replaces Wycliffe Ochieng, who played a crucial role in Quins’ victory at the Driftwood 7s.

The rest of the squad remains unchanged, with key players like Leonard Fogang, Jan Remke, Herman Humwa, Dave Mwangi, Albert Alela, Charles Kinyajui, David Williams, and Wiseman Aganya all retained.
Kakamega Ingo 7s and Driftwood 7s player of the final, Lucky Dewald, and Brian Ratilla, who scored the winner in Mombasa, are also in the lineup.
Amon Wamalwa, who has been leading the team from the front, will captain the side alongside co-captain Richel Wangila.

Kenya Harlequin currently top the standings with 97 points, and their path to the title is the clearest among the competitors.
Should Quins reach the semi-finals at Prinsloo 7s, they will automatically secure the championship, regardless of how other teams perform. A semi-final finish would give them at least 112 points, enough to clinch the title.
If Quins fail to reach the semi-finals but win the fifth-place playoff, they would finish with 110 points. In this scenario, Kabras RFC could only tie them by winning the Prinsloo 7s, forcing the title to be decided by tiebreakers such as point differential.

Should Quins finish in sixth place, they would end up with 109 points. Kabras would win the title if they claim the Prinsloo 7s, but if Kabras falters, Quins could still take the title despite the lower finish.
In the case of Quins losing in the fifth-place semi-final, they would end with 107 points. They would win the circuit if Kabras fails to reach the final. If Kabras finishes second, both teams would tie on 107 points, and tiebreakers would determine the champion.
