The final leg of the 2024 National 7s Circuit, Prinsloo 7s, kicks off this Saturday at Nakuru Athletics Club, with 24 exciting matches set to determine the champion.
The much-anticipated event sees defending champions Kabras RFC hoping to retain their crown, while Kenya Harlequin, the current league leaders, come in as favourites to lift the trophy and the National 7s Circuitl log.

Kabras RFC will face Stallions Rugby and Kabarak University as they look to defend their title, while Kenya Harlequin, who lead the standings with 97 points, will play against Menengai Oilers, Mombasa SC RC, and Zetech Oaks as they aim to secure the Circuit title for the first time in 12 years.

Kabras, who trail Harlequin by just nine points, will need a strong showing to snatch the top spot.

The action starts at 9:00 AM, with Zetech Oaks facing Mombasa SC RC. Kenya Harlequin will take on Menengai Oilers in a critical match at 9:18 AM, while Kabras RFC plays Stallions Rugby at 11:06 AM.
Fans can look forward to some thrilling matchups, including KCB Rugby vs Mwamba RFC at 9:54 AM and Strathmore Leos vs Catholic Monks at 10:12 AM in the first round
