Jackson Siketa added the second try, extending the lead to 10-0, and Warren Kamadi’s try made it 17-0. Ashiundu then completed his brace, pushing the score to 22-0. EDITOR’S PICKS:

Daystar Falcons struck first in their match, with Arnold Ogonda crossing the whitewash for a 7-0 lead after Eddy Wambugu’s conversion. Blak Blad fought back, with Meja Mulongo leveling the score at 7-7 before Obat Kuke added another try to give Blad a 14-7 lead at halftime. In the second half, Blad extended their lead to 21-7 before Augustine Owino narrowed the gap to 21-14.

Kenya Harlequin asserted their superiority with a 24-12 win over Nondies, topping Pool C with maximum points. They were joined in the quarters by Daystar, who advanced due to a superior point differential. Daystar, Blak Blad, and Nondies all tied on five points, but an inferior point differential saw Nondies miss the quarters for the first time this season.
