Mwamba RFC coach Joseph Baabu has included Kenya 7s Captain Tony Omondi in the squad as he makes four changes for their Kabeberi 7s.
Byron Webbo, Allan Zadock, Chrispin Onyango and Allan Gumbo will miss the home tournament and will be replaced by Omondi, Alexander Gachiri, Dennis Ndayala and Moses Keragori.
Omondi in for Mwamba
Omondi will make his first appearance in the National 7s circuit this season since returning from the Olympics with Kenya 7s.
His return is set to boost the teams’ morale after having a rather uncomfortable run in the just concluded three legs.

Mwamba who are hosting the 36th Edition of the George Kabeberi 7s tournament will be looking to protect their home ground as they chase their eighth title.
In the ladies category, the national 7s circuit defending champions will be playing their second leg.
The named squad for the women’s category is much more promising since it is highly dominated by Kenya international players.
