National 7s Circuit defending champions KCB, hosts and Christie 7s champions Kabras, Kenya Harlequins, and Nakuru have secured their spots in the last four of the Kakamega Ingo 7s being played at Kakamega Showground.
Kabras RFC easily defeated Nondies 21-7 to book a date against KCB Rugby, who needed the dying minutes of their game to see off stubborn Catholic Monks 7-0.

This will be a repeat of last weekend’s quarterfinal, which Kabras won 12-5.
The second semi-final will see Nakuru RFC, featuring in the Cup knockout stage for the first time this season, play against Kenya Harlequin, eyeing back-to-back final appearances.

The hosts were quick straight from the kickoff, with Griffins Chao breaking the line from deep in his own half before hurtling down the length of the field and offloading to an oncoming Jackton Osoo to dive under the uprights.

Nondies replied moments later, with Moses Begi scoring at the corner after the Red Lions strung together several phases of play.
Brian Mutua capitalized on a Nondies loose ball to put the millers in front before Biden Hayo extended the hosts’ lead. Eric Cantona committed before releasing Hayo to race away half the length of the pitch for a 21-7 win.
KCB vs. Catholic Monks
An Austin Sikutwa try deep past regulation time was the only separating factor between the two teams, concluding a tense and largely scoreless fixture.
Monks put up a good fight despite being on the back foot for a majority of the game, missing one or two scoring opportunities. It was Sikutwa with a trademark cut in who scored the only try of the game.
Harlequins vs. MMUST
Kenya Harlequin managed a comfortable 26-10 win over MMUST. The students were first on the scoreboard, with Patrick Munoko barging over for the lead early in the first stanza.

Lucky Dewald then produced a moment of brilliance to dance past his markers and score near the uprights.
MMUST were dealt a blow, being reduced to six men, allowing Quins to run in their second. Dewald held two defenders before releasing their No. 7, who had acres of space to run into.
Tries from Yan Remke and Dave Mwangi took the game away from the students, who grabbed a consolation try at the death, with Cyprian Ombaso scoring after three consecutive offloads in the tackle.
Oilers vs. Nakuru
Nakuru RFC came from behind to beat Menengai Oilers in the closely contested Nakuru Derby.
Oilers opened the scoring early on, with Lucky Byron gassing his markers to score out wide.
Nakuru then piled pressure on the yellow defense, missing clear-cut chances to pull level as handling errors denied Wanyore a score at the break.
Gilbert Ochieng fended off one player before stepping another to race away for Nakuru’s first try.
The game remained tense and hotly contested, only to be decided by a drop goal at the death by Nakuru, who won 8-5 to secure a place in the semis.
Stallions have secured a place in Division One, while Mwamba, Homeboyz, and Bulls have been relegated once again. They will be hoping to secure an invitational slot next from Kisumu to feature in Dala 7s top division.
