The Zimbabwe Sables have named their 23-man squad to take on Algeria in the Africa Cup Final at the Nelson Mandela Stadium in Uganda.
The named squad will see Brian Makamure who is a veteran tighthead prop and the only player still active from the 2012 title-winning Sables team, coming onto the bench for Bornwell Gwinji.
Tapiwa Mafura will start at 10 replacing Ian Prior who had to get back to Western Force duties alongside Blithe Mavesere who has also returned to The Sharks and will be replaced by Godfrey Muzanargwo.

The team will be under the captaincy of the scrum half, Hilton Mudariki and the eighth man Aiden Burnett.
The front row will feature Victor Mupunga, Simba Mandioma and Gwinji gearing 1,2 and 3 jerseys.
The second row will be covered by Kudakwashe Nyakufaringwa and Simba siraha and will be pivoted by flankers Godfrey Muzanargwo and Dylan Utete.
The center position will see Kudzai Mashawi and Brandon Mudzekenyedzi dawning in 12 and 13 jerseys as Edward Sigauke and Takudzwa Musingwini cover the back alongside blind winger Trevor Gurwe.
The back side mode of play will be controlled by the fly half Tapiwa Mafura who is making his start in Uganda.
