Former Shujaa star Ben Nyambu has included Kenyan international and new signing Ronnie Omondi in his Nondies squad for the Christie 7s matches set for the RFUEA Grounds on Saturday and Sunday.

Omondi ended his long-term association with Mwamba RFC in the just-concluded transfer window and will now be part of the Rangers squad as they aim to continue their improved performance in both versions since 2023.
After an impressive run in the 15s version, Moseti Nyaenya will be looking to extend his form in the shorter version. He is joined by Kenyan international Benson Salem, who was outstanding for Kenya Morans in the first tournament of the Africa Men’s 7s in Mauritius.

Ian Mumbwani, experienced Charles Omondi, Charles Odhiambo, Dennis Munala, Brian Amaitsa, and Calvin Sheunda have also been included in the squad for the trip to RFUEA.
The squad will be captained by Steve Odhiambo, who has served as their 15s skipper, alongside Bruce Odhiambo.
Nondies have been paired with defending champions KCB Rugby, Homeboyz, and Impala RFC
