They defeated Shieywe Secondary 55-0, Ebabwa Secondary School 29-0, and Shikoti 51-0. Despite struggling post-COVID, with their 15s side being knocked out in the group stage of the western region games, the Barbarians’ sevens side showed promise by securing fourth place in their home tournament, Scrummage Katch 7s, though they lost to Koyonzo in the third-place playoff.
In the upcoming county games, Kakamega School will face strong competition from Koyonzo and Mukumu, who were the finalists in the sub-county games.
