Kenya 7s squad for the HSBC Svns Playoffs event slated for Madrid has been confirmed ahead of the tournament which will run between 31-2 June.
Shujaa have been training in Miramas in France ahead of the event having headed to the camp straight from the final leg played in Munich Germany.
Kenya 7s boost
Tony Omondi who missed the second day in Munich due to injury has been retaining in the squad heading to the tournament that will determine if Kenya will return to the World Series.
The coaches have included Kabras back Brian Mutua to the squad making him the lone inclusion for the outing. The rest of the squad is retained with Vincent Onyala set to co-captain the side alongside Omondi.
Kevin Wekesa, John Okoth, Brian Tanga, George Ooro, Patrick Odongo, Samuel Asati, Herman Humwa, Nygel Amaitsa, Lamec Ambetsa and Chrisant Ojwang are all travelling.

Four teams from this playoff will qualify for the 2025 HSBC SVNS, slated to begin later this year.
Kenya 7s are placed in Pool B alongside Spain, Samoa, and Chile.
Spain and Samoa, both finishing in the bottom four in the HSBC SVNS, will be making their playoff debut, while Kenya 7s and Chile qualified for this competition after securing top-four finishes in the Challenger Series.
