KCB Rugby squad for Enterprise Cup match against Catholic Monks

KCB Rugby have officially announced their squad for the upcoming Enterprise Cup pre-quarter, scheduled to take place at KCB Sports Club on Saturday, April 20.

The front-row duties will be entrusted to Jack Adero, Griffin Musila, and Patrick Ouko, while Emmanuel Silungi and Davis Chenge will handle the second-row duties.

In the back row, Manaseh Oduor and Felix Ojoo will flank alongside Persian Kolian, who will start at number eight. Emmanuel Opondo has been assigned the scrum-half role, with Brian Wahinya slated to play at fly-half.

Jacob Ojee and Austin Sikutwa will form the back three alongside Levy Amunga, while the midfield will feature Bob Muhati and Peter Kilonzo.

On the bench, James Ochieng, Nick Okullo, Nelson Nyandat, Fidel Maina, Michael Wanjala, Elvis Namusasi, and Gabriel Namusasi will be ready to make an impact.

Meanwhile, the Kenya Rugby Union has revealed the pairings for the Enterprise Cup round of 16, which includes seven Kenya Cup clubs.

Defending champions Kabras were drawn against Mwamba RFC, while Impala will take on Kenyatta University’s Blak Blad. Nondies are set to play against MKU Thika, and Mean Machine will host JKUAT Cougars.

USIU will welcome Kenya Harlequin, African Nazarene will challenge Northern Suburbs, and Stallions will tackle Strathmore Leos.

Matches are scheduled to be held at Kakamega Showgrounds, KCB Ruaraka, Impala Club, and RFUEA Grounds on April 20, 2024.

The quarterfinals are set for April 27 and 28, with the semifinals and finals scheduled for May 4 and 25, respectively.
