Mang’u School name 2024 KSSSA Rugby 15s final squad

Mang’u School head coach Dennis Munene has unleashed his 25 man squad that will feature in the KSSSA Rugby 15s Nationals at the machakos School from 9-13th April 2024.

The named squad will be under the Captaincy of the scrum half, Ryan Esbon who is set to control the field of play alongside Brian Nyaga as half backs.

Mang’u School forwards

The pack side will see Odhiambo Junior gearing as the outside prop playing alongside Greg Karonji who will maintain his role as hooker and Peter Mbugua who will take the role of the inside prop.

The second row will see Karisa Khamis and Osano Derrick playing side by side with flankers Ng’ang’a Ephraim and Chris Thairu while Felix Kiruri will gear up as the eighth man.

The center positions will played by Evans Leshao as the inside center and Jason Gitangu as the outside center.

The back three positions will see Dismus Matibe closing on the left as the blindside winger, Jilo Max will take the right as the open side winger and James Mwangi who will be the assistant captain take the back as the fullback

Mang’u were first to qualify for the Nationals after humbling Alliance Boys to secure a 12-09 win courtesy of Greg Karonji’s brace.
